水泥毯學名混凝土帆布，采用聚乙烯和聚丙烯長絲編織成的三維纖維復合結構，是一種浸漬了特種水泥的柔軟的布，遇水會發生水合反應而硬化成一種很薄的防水防火的耐用混凝土層。防汛水泥毯可用于海岸線施工，根據施工要求定制具備耐腐蝕的產品，直接在灘涂鋪設；用于防汛物資儲備，Z快10秒速凝，適合工程洪水搶險。可優化配方，加倍抗凍，可用于北方氣溫寒冷條件下施工。
